Weird process. They call you to schedule (no email follow up) and you call a customer service line to schedule. Phone interview is with an external recruiting company with a person that doesn’t work with the company. It’s very cold and non-conversational, very clear they’re reading off a prompt and the questions don’t really ask anything about skills/experience.
