Unethical to say the least. Pura Vida has been regularly posting job openings for over a year, but it appears these are ghost jobs with no real intention of hiring. It’s disappointing to see a company engage in such practices, as it misleads potential candidates and wastes their time. Posting jobs just to build a pipeline or maintain visibility without actually filling the roles is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company’s integrity. Be cautious when applying here. I use to be a regular customer but now I discourage anyone from supporting this place.
