The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Q-Centrix in Feb 2019
Interview
First a phone screen and then was I was brought in for a an in person interview.
I meet with 2 individuals a half hour each for my in person interview. One of the interviewers I felt was very unprepared the other was prepared but I felt she was a bit cold during the interview. I was told that they would follow up with me but never heard a word from either of them. I feel like they are a bit disconnected when it comes to the job market they have not fully embraced the candidate experience.
I got the feeling that I was interfering with their time and that they were doing me a favor even interviewing me. I think they forgot that I was interviewing them as much as they were interviewing me.
While I did not receive a job offer I think this company has a lot of potential and it seems that people enjoy working there for the most part. I think they need to reevaluate their candidate experience and how they treat candidates.
