The interview process was quick, it took nearly 2 weeks from 1st conversation to getting an offer stage. The most annoying process was recruiter didn't do her job. The only job of a recruiter is to get all the information from an interviewee and pass it on to the hiring manager and make sure salary and benefit expectations match. This wasn't done because I was very clear about my salary expectations and recruiter didn't relay that to hiring manager wasted time of everyone by coming with an offer 20% below my salary expectations i.e. below my current salary.
