Interview
1st round HR screen. 2nd round Phone screen and 3rd In person 30 minute interview with two managers. All the interviews were easy and General questions related to job. I thought it went well. The only thing I was very disappointed with their process is lack of response. Made multiple follows ups to both manager and recruiter and no response of anything. Even when I checked my workday account, it was still showing active and in progress status. If you don’t have plan to select the candidate, that’s fine but atleast have common courtesy to inform the candidate about the outcome. Anyhow, I’m glad I didn’t get this job as it shows how they would treat there employees. I’m at much better place now.

Interview
The interview process started with a call from the recruiter. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the position. We went over my resume and she asked me basic questions to see if I would fit into their culture. She thought I would make a good fit so she forwarded my information to the hiring manager.
The hiring manager was actually very friendly, knowledgeable and a good communicator. I even had to reschedule my call with him and he was very flexible and accommodating.
I ended up not getting the position because it was given to someone further along in the interview process but I don't hold that against the company and would go through the process again if I was given the opportunity.
