Interview
I received a call back about 2 weeks after I had applied online. The first time they call you is a phone interview and then they tell you that if they are interested, they will call you back to set up a face-to-face interview.

I was not prepared for a phone interview the first time they called. It felt awkward because I was at my other job and did not feel like I could elaborate as much as I would have liked.
