Recieved a video interview link on 5 Mar where you have to record yourself answering questions. Post this on 25 Mar was then invited to face to face interview at the office, 45 mins with the direct manager, he was not prepared, asked random questions. Interview went well. No response for 3 weeks and when I finally chased was sent a rejection in a few hours via email with a generic email, no feedback nothing.
