You receive invite via email and rest everything is followed online. I had 30 minutes round directly with the Commercial manager where Contact centre Manager,Team leader and HR were there. It was bit grilling but somehow I managed it well.There was lot of cross questioning about the job profile with past company and questions about process and GDS knowledge.
