I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Qatar Airways (Manchester, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Attended a CV Drop, I then got invited to an Assessment Day the next day. For the Assessment day this included an English test, a reach test (there's a line marked on the wall which you must touch with no shoes on with both hands individually), I was then asked to pick a piece of paper from the table which had a question and you had to spend a minute speaking (I believe there is no right or wrong answer here you just have to show you can speak calm and clearly), lastly we had a group assessment, we were split into 2 groups and had to discuss what 10 items we thought would be most important to take from an aircraft if emergency landing on a desolate island and rare these items from most inportant to least. I then had a final interview and I only got asked once question in this, it felt like the employers had already made their decision on me.
It was smooth and well-organised, so I had a good experience. You should know the basics of your job to answer the questions. The company itself is so professional. Although there was a 2-3 minute delay.
got a mail for online assessment after getting shortlisted, then i was being called to kolkata to attend the recruitment drive which was held in hotel at first i had to complete one english test after the our height and weight were checked then after that one on one interview was taken and after that some them proceeded to the final round
1st day - CV drop
2nd day - chit chat (some questions about my current job, hobby, preference etc) & scar declaration
3rd day - Final interview (scar declaration process again and final interview questions)
