I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Qatar Airways (New Delhi)
Interview
I attended an Open Day in Delhi on the month of January. In spite of me arriving an hour early(the event starts at 9 a.m), there were already hundreds of candidates sitting in the hall. The recruiters (there were 6 recruiters) then give each of the candidates a serial number so as to make sure that those who arrive early get to have their interview ( + CV Drop Off) first. When my turn comes, I went in and after the recruiter briefly looks at my CV , she asked me "Why do you want to be a Cabin Crew?" followed by "Why Qatar Airways?" . As I get to end of my answer to her second question, she writes my name on a piece of paper, gave it to me and asked me not to show it to anyone. The letter was an invitation to the assessment stage. The whole CV Drop Off thing took less than 1 minute and 30 seconds. Fast forward to my final interview, I messed up my answers quite a lot as I was really nervous and tired.
It was smooth and well-organised, so I had a good experience. You should know the basics of your job to answer the questions. The company itself is so professional. Although there was a 2-3 minute delay.
got a mail for online assessment after getting shortlisted, then i was being called to kolkata to attend the recruitment drive which was held in hotel at first i had to complete one english test after the our height and weight were checked then after that one on one interview was taken and after that some them proceeded to the final round
1st day - CV drop
2nd day - chit chat (some questions about my current job, hobby, preference etc) & scar declaration
3rd day - Final interview (scar declaration process again and final interview questions)
