Deplorable candidate experience - take months to acknowledge your application. Interview panel were extremely arrogant. Appointed a person into the role and didn't have the courtesy to advise that I was unsuccessful. Appalling way to treat candidates

Applied in May 2022. Interview postponed 3 times - virtual interview in August 2022. Nil communication since then. Interviewing is a two way communication - at least give the unsuccessful candidates the courtesy of advising them instead of "nil communication" and keeping applicants hanging - you will miss out on well qualified and exceptional candidates who will be offered roles by your competitors
