I applied through the website. Got an answer three months after my application. Had first a phone interview with direct manager and his deputy. Interview was easy with normal technical questions.
Then I had a face to face interview in Doha. Qatar Airways arranged everything for me, transporation, hotel, etc. Received an offer around 2 weeks after.

First IV via Skype. 2nd IV they invite you with a Business Class Tix to HQ Doha and a stay at 5star Hotel, with 2 days food allowance.
