The cabin crew interview process usually includes an initial application review, group activities to assess teamwork skills, individual interviews focusing on customer service and safety, language proficiency tests, and medical evaluations.
Unclear communication and an extremely cold attitude were brandished by the people in charge of interviews (who don't really identify themselves), without the slightest hint of cultural awareness of local customs for interpersonal interactions (the interview took place in Buenos Aires).
