Poor interview process, poor HR coordination, lack of humanity and genuine interactions. First was contacted by HR and then by Hiring managers. Overall very back experience that I wont recommend

Interview
It was over the phon due to the geographical distance. The person interviewing me contacted me one week in advance to set up the time because of the time zone differences as well. Once the interview was settle couple a I received a confirmation e-mail. The interviewer was very professional and in time. He initialed greed myself and give me an an outline of the interview process. By the end of the interview there is time for Q&A. I had a great experience! Very friendly but straight to the point.

I applied through my university and had an interview with the Senior Finance Manager from Doha, It was just a basic interview asking me about my resume, projects I have done and my experience during my time at my university. I had to wait for around 4 weeks to get a decision from them and their reason for not giving me the job was a problem with my graduation date.
