The interview process began with an online application where I submitted my CV, a professional photo, and answered a few questions about my background and skills. A couple of weeks later, I received an invitation to attend an assessment day. The assessment day was held at a hotel, and there were many candidates from different backgrounds, all eager to secure a position. The day started with a presentation about the airline, its values, and what they expected from their cabin crew. This was followed by an icebreaker activity, where we introduced ourselves and shared why we wanted to join the company. Next came the group exercise, which was challenging yet fun. We were divided into small groups and given a scenario to solve together. It tested our teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. I made sure to actively participate without dominating the discussion, as I knew they were looking for candidates who could work well in a team.
