I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Qatar Airways (Doha) in Sep 2021
Interview
The Assessment Day was held at a hotel ballroom and was accessible by invitation only. Candidates who had submitted their CVs and passed the initial arm reach test received invitations to attend.
On a separate day, candidates were required to complete an English test, and the results were announced on-site. Those who passed moved on to the next steps, which included a small talk session called “sentence shooting”, followed by another arm reach test and a scar check.
Candidates who passed these evaluations were then grouped into pairs to conduct a public speaking task. Each pair randomly selected a picture:
• One person was asked to describe the image,
• The other had to explain a creative use for it.
Candidates who successfully passed this stage were invited back on a different day for the final interview.

It was smooth and well-organised, so I had a good experience. You should know the basics of your job to answer the questions. The company itself is so professional. Although there was a 2-3 minute delay.
