You submit your application through the portal, there is a timed and supervised technical assessment, then an interview with the team you’d be working with where they ask specific questions about your skill set and past experience, and then offer + salary negotiation with the HR representative. At this stage I was given a verbal offer of employment by HR and told to wait for next steps. Unfortunately I was ghosted after a month of waiting for the official offer letter. Tried to follow up with HR and never received a response. I found out I was rejected/offer rescinded when I checked the careers portal and saw the job status change to Rejected.
