I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Quadient (Sydney) in Nov 2017
Interview
Applied online and had a brief phone screen with the Hiring Director. Scheduled an on site meeting the following week.
Questions were broad and general, surprisingly there weren't a lot of behavioral questions asked which was rare for a sales role that needs to meet prospects everyday.
Neopost was trying hard to marketing the opportunity as an exciting "technology" field sales role, but was unable to back up with the salary level and training provided, let alone the upside of the position can potentially progress to.
I was offered the position but didn't see myself taking a paycut selling obsolete technology and eventually risk irrelevance in the market, that's why I turned down the offer without even sleeping on it.
Moreover the office environment, leadership team, peers that I have met over the interview process didn't really match with how a "technology" company should be. A lot of them failed to recognize their competitors are actually offering a similar product FOR FREE, versus Neopost charging an arm and a leg for a dinosaur system.
Tech in the 1980s yes, 2017 definitely not.

Easy to interview. I felt prepared and knew what to expect in the process. The recruiter was helpful during the entire process. It was clear afterwards what the timelines and next steps were.

Interview
It began with an initial screening. From there, moved on to the sales-focused interviews with the regional director, hiring manager (local manager), and finally meeting with sales enablement.
Each reviewer was prepared, asked thoughtful questions, and genuinely wanted to learn about you.
