2 round phone interview. One with team mate one with hiring manager.
Very relaxed mostly about research at school. Went over resume as well.
They took 1 month to generate offer though, which was stressful.

One interview with ML Related questions and training related questions (overfitting etc).
The person was very nice and understanding, and it looked very professional.
I was also asked about my projects and many details about how it went.
There were 3 rounds of interview. There were 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. This is apart from the online assessment conducted as screening. It was an on campus opportunity in our college.
