Four step process. After you apply, you are interviewed by the manager for a 1 to 1. If you are invited to come in for an interview, you interview with HR to go over your schedule for the day. Then they shuttle you to the building where your team is located. Nine person panel. After the panel interview, you go back to HR, and go over salary and benefits.
