Interviewed with 5 people, and they all were very professional. Outline: Intro to the company; company culture; questions asked of me; questions I asked. One interviewer had a list of 20 very specific topical questions (almost like taking a college exam). I hadn't experienced that in an interview before, but it probably does weed out weak candidates.

The interview process took about 3 weeks. 2 Online meetings and 1 In-person with the whole team. They changed the hiring requirements during the process to hire internally rather than externally. Excellent communication during the process except for the final decision, which took 2 months to receive.

One phone interview two skype interviews and then the offer was within a few days very easy and straight forward process. Very exciting as well, housing is paid for! It will be interesting to see finance internship as the tech base of the compnay is focused elsewhere
