Qualfon Cudtomer Service Representative interview questions

We had 2 interview sessions and they really did it well. I was a walk-in, passed by resueme and after 1 hour I already had my interview. At first I was interviewed by a woman who checked by resume and asked me about my previous experience. Since I was a fresh graduate, I just told her how was my experience when I was a student. I successfully passed the first interview and then proceeded to the next one which is more like an IQ test and problem solving skills test.

I applied in person. Firstly was initial interview then register online. Second was taking typing test & Grammar Test.The interview process was easy. I passed almost all of the exam but I was failed on the Versant.
