When I interviewed with them, they took me to what seemed to be a meeting area. From the moment the interview started the IT Manager over the phone stated that they do things informal and asked me some odd questions. No technical questions were asked, but mainly it was question about how I felt working with this or that program, how I handled things under pressure that sort of thing. The IT person that was on site, seemed way more professional that the manager over the phone. The IT person was the one that seemed to dig more into the technical questions, which I assumed that's what he was supposed to do. Very knowledgeable and patient with me.
