I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Qualfon (New York, NY) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process is rather confusing. First step of course is submitting the application followed by an invitation to a few general assessments and an Internet connectivity assessment. The 2nd(ish) step, candidates are invited to what seems like an interview but it's really a discussion about the position with the client. During this call no follow up information is provided, there was a phone number shared to follow up if you are interested. This is where things get kind of sketchy. The call was a bit choppy and I didn't record the number correctly. I reached out to EVERY contact I had for Qualfon and 2 weeks later no response. I'm not even sure where I stand in the hiring process or whether or not there is anything else I need to complete to follow along the process. So I guess I'm kind of stuck in a limbo of uncertainty. At this point and with what I've observed, whether I receive a response from the FIVE people that I've contacted I think Qualfon ghosting me was for the best. No thanks!

Quick and easy. Very straight forward process and quick hire. If you're looking for a remote job that hires quickly, check out Qualfon. If you miss your video interview, they will call you to do it over the phone, and that alleviates a lot of pressure.
