I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Qualfon (Cebu City) in Mar 2012
Interview
Very bare minimum. Initial interview, situational test, typing test, listening test then interview with one of the Operations Manager. They really don't tell you that you are hired until you show up for the new hires orientation. Also, they are more focused on how you behave during the interview than your actual communication skills and/or other related skills.

Question 1
The questions were pretty generic. Nothing new like:
Tell me something about yourself.
How did you hear about our hiring? Why are you interested in working with us?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Qualfon (Carmen, Province of Cebu)
Interview
It was smooth and very casual. The interviewer never gave me the awkward feeling, she was very approachable and understanding. She talked a lot, it didn't feel like an interview because when I started talking about my past work experiences, we reached to a point where we talked about life and my challenges and she can relate too.
