Applied for bank csr then got an assessment email and text a day later, completed 30-35min assessment the next day in the morning, received email and text to schedule an initial interview with recruiter 1 day later, scheduled for day after next and got email with Team link, after passing the initial interview with the recruiter, I was scheduled for the next second interview with a hiring manager which was the next business day and received an email with another Teams link. 5 days later, no email about job offer, so I emailed recruiter and was told I didn't get an offer. It was a small group interview, relaxed environment and simple questions. You must be on camera for the second interview but not the first interview. Each person asked 2-3 questions in the group interview (with 1-2 follow up questions), and I was asking 2-3 questions in the first interview. The second interviewer wanted more in depth with explanation with the questions; meaning manager was more likely to ask a follow-up question in relation to the initial simple question. The recruiter was very friendly but the hiring manager was fake friendly with a fake smile. She claimed that everyone in that group interview should be expecting communication for the next step in the hiring process but days later I didn’t receive any email. So, I emailed the recruiter only to be told I didn’t make the cut. So, just know if they make it seem like you got the job, they could be lying. I’ll never apply here again. It seems like you have to have more than 1 year of call center experience or experience in the particular role you applying for (even though they claim experience is preferred not required).
