The first interview with the talent manager was thorough and very professional, it really gave me a good first impression of the company . The second interview with the Hiring Manager was really unpleasant as he was visibly looking annoyed and bored. He kept on working, paying very little attention to what I was saying and his answers were very concise and mostly unrelated to the questions I was asking.
I appreciate interviewers may realize in a few minutes that someone is not suitable for the role, however I believe that candidates should always be treated with a basic level of professionalism and respect.
