The interview process with Qualio was the best experience I’ve been through! The recruiters were very transparent, walked me through the process, and they were upfront about who I would interview with from start to finish. The process was outlined in a very detailed email with links to each interviewer/team member’s LinkedIn profile, so I understood who I would be speaking with. There was a take home assignment that I found to be fair and allowed my interviewers to understand my work processes and experience. Interviewing with a mix of team members allowed me to understand not only who I would be working with but get a sense of the culture through the lens of many teams.
