Only did an interview with the recruiter. I have been actively interviewing with several other companies for a similar role (and gotten several offers) and the experience at Qualio was very subpar.
Recruiter scheduled a 15 minute interview - and was 10 minutes late to the call. Did not address the fact that they called late and tried to rush through the process.
Called me the wrong name 2 times.
Totally unprepared for the role they were interviewing for. The questions they asked showed a total lack of knowledge and preparedness for what this role entails.
I only had the chance to ask 1 question (who does the role report to - which they couldn't answer) and then they said they will need to save other questions for the hiring manager interview.
