Interview
After passing the initial screening, I was invited for onsite interviews, which consisted of two key components:
Technical Interview- This part was focused on evaluating my technical skills and knowledge related to recruiting. It was a mix of scenario-based questions and practical tasks.
The HR interview was more about assessing my cultural fit and interpersonal skills.

I was asked to describe a time when I mediated between a candidate and a hiring manager with conflicting views.

Interview
I showed up, no resume was looked over. I chatted with the interviewer and took a Personal Index quiz. Was shown a couple of rooms and introduced to the team, it was laid back and comfortable but didn't really feel like everyone connected well. Wam Bam Thank You Ma'am. hired on the spot
