I interviewed at Qualitest (Bengaluru) in Nov 2017
Interview
I don't know they was hiring for BPO or for engineer post. After finishing 5 rounds (1. GD
2. Technical aptitude 3.General aptitude 4. technical round 1 5. Technical round 2 ) in 6th round which was HR round, they told you don't have fluent English to communicate with US client.
So, i want to suggest students whoever will attend interview in future must do practice on international voice process (BPO). They will check your stylish English rather than your technical skills.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Qualitest (Bengaluru) in Jan 2017
Interview
7 rounds of interview including group discussion , technical aptitude, general aptitude, communication round , 2 technical face to face and at last managerial round ... they select more candidates then dat of there requirement .if ur lucky u will get through it depends more on the interviewer's mood rather than wat u know ... if vacancy are done they will deliberately ask u random questions which has no connection with ur subject background neither is related to the job profile jst to eliminate they may ask u anything ....
