I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Provo, UT) in Aug 2018
Interview
More involved than other interviews. They ask you to answer questions around a case study. The recruiter downplayed its importance. The question itself wasn’t difficult to tackle but the continued questions seemed to go on and on. It was also a bit odd because after answering the interviewer vocally graded your answers and went over all the things he caught or what he would say differently.
The interview process involved several rounds of interviews led by peers. They asked questions that were pre written, required questions. They were not difficult but required you to be prepared with several examples of previous work.

Question 1
What is something you do not like about your current role?
I received a call out of the blue by the in-house recruiter. They took pride in catching me off guard saying, "I like to catch people when they least expect it and unprepared". The interview was of a 1950's style, very much led with 'I'm important and you're under my shoe'. As soon as I heard this style, I didn't want to move forward with the application, but out of politeness I carried on. Good luck to future employees, you'll need it!
