Standard sales interview process - spoke to a bunch of frontline and second line managers along with a peer catch up and a non sales interview. Really liked everyone I spoke to. Very friendly, down to earth people. The recruiting team was spot on in scheduling the interviews, following up with me and moving the process. The sales leaders are all top class and they have a good mix of external management hires and folks who have grown up at the company. Didn’t get the impression at any point that there were any hawkish sales leaders or a cut throat culture, in fact it was the opposite - after every call, I wanted to work there even more. Unfortunately, the economics didn’t work out for me so I declined their offer but it was still a very smooth and enjoyable process nonetheless.
