Long and unclear. I was brought in, sent Thank you notes then contacted almost two weeks later that the job had changed and they weren't moving forward with me (questioned whether I could 'get my hands dirty'). I continued to see the job, so I reapplied. The recruiter followed up with a few questions and examples of my work. Then after a week of no contact I called the recruiter. It seems they do not have a clear path of what they want. I cannot even recommend applicants of what they are looking for. So, confusing is the word I would use at this time.
