The worse interview experience in my 10+ year career. The interviewer was over 20 minutes late, no apologies given. Claim to be running over time from meetings, just like the previous interviewer I had for the phone screen. This company does not have any respect for candidates time. After being late, the interviewer couldn’t bother to come over to meet me in person for the on site, even though she was literally a building next door, and set me up for a teams meeting. The whole interview felt like an interrogation, with no introduction about herself and the job and no opportunity to ask questions. She then abruptly call to end the interview when there was a fire alarm. From the interview I can tell this is a toxic company with no respect for employees.
