1. Submitted required documents at HR. 2. Introduce yourself and your past experience. 3. The interviewer asked questions about past 4. experiences. 4. The interviewer introduced the BU and the role. 5. After the interview, called the interviewer/manager/HR to negotiate the salary package back and forth about 3-4 times. p.s. The manager was very nice, I was considering whether to accept the offer because of the location. (2 hours commute). He provided information about the company shuttle service and the cost of renting around the area and made thoughtful suggestions.
