I was contacted through LinkedIn by a recruiter and interviewed via video calls for a few weeks with different people at the company. It was a mix of behavioral questions, and some discussion about the technical aspects of the job. It was very relaxed and informative. I had a Final interview with one of the co-owners and overall it was a great process. The people were very nice and the company was very interesting. But, at that final stage, I was told an offer would be rolled out today. Then it was in 2 days then it was in 1 or 2 weeks. I could not wait and accepted an offer elsewhere. Technically I never received a written offer, just a verbal one. But the follow-up was just really bad and I felt like I was kept in the dark. The recruiter was very nice but she would call rather than email, and in the last days, she would text me to call her but never answered my call or my text.
