I applied through on-campus recruitment. The selection process had three rounds: Online Assessment (OA): Logical reasoning and calculation-based questions Pseudocode writing Some coding problems Technical Interviews: Virtual Interview: Focused on introductions, projects mentioned in my resume, a basic math question similar to the OA, and an easy-level DSA question. The emphasis was more on problem-solving approach rather than perfect coding. Face-to-Face Interview: Went deeper into projects. Some candidates were also asked about system design of their projects. HR Round: Standard HR questions Overall: The interviewers valued problem-solving skills, clarity of thought, and understanding of projects over just coding.
