Quantiphi Senior DevOps Engineer interview questions

I was interviewed for Devops Role. HR was understanding. I gave first round, it was good. For the second round I guy came ( a noobie ) who didn't know that "you're not allowed to say- I'm here for hiring and not for rejection". I soon found what he meant by this.. on later questions. His communication skill wasn't too good. But there he was for rejecting me by any reason. I told him straight forward- I can't continue with the interview further. I knew why he was doing that.. may be for someone he was planning to give that role via referral. But my time was precious and won't let him go this way. I reported that guy over companies feedback portal, and HR she immediately contacted me and arranged another round with separate person. I cleared the second round as well. Then I was moved to HR round for salary discussion where I was asking more than their budget. But that's fine. I got the same from another place.
