The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Quantum Health
Interview
You will start with a phone interview and then take some assessments, a typing, basic computer, and a wonderlic type test. Then if you move forward you will get brought in to the office and meet 30 minutes with HR and then 30 minutes with leadership from the department. You will get asked a lot of the same questions in all 3 interviews. It is not very efficient. Someone did not even show up for one of my interviews. No tour of the facility.
30min phone interview, second round in person interview with 3/4 employees. Phone interview was very informative about the company and the position. In person interview was to get a feel for the team and to understand how you react to situations
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Quantum Health (Worthington, OH) in Sep 2017
Interview
It started with a Typing test, personality test, and analytical test at a job fair. After the results of the tests we received, I was passed on to a Director for the interview. It was busy and the interview took place in the cafeteria.
