I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Qubit (London, England) in Feb 2013
Interview
I applied directly at their website, and got a response really fast. The HR Assistant was really friendly and emailed me all the details regarding my interview with the Operations Director (HR Manager). As I currently do not live in the UK it was a Skype call.
It was by far the worst interview I have had (not because it was difficult but because of the interviewers negative attitude). The HR Manager was very cocky and had an attitude from the moment the interview started. We started going through the position and how my past experiences would make me a suitable candidate for the position. He would keep probing me on every question he asked. Such as what the difference is between casual blogging and more professional blogging. A good question, yet would not be satisfied with my response. Later on he asked me a few questions regarding what current technological developments I find interesting, and ended by asking me my salary expectations.

Question 1
There were no hard or unexpected questions, but I would definitely say be prepared to know about recent technological advances and make sure you know your CV and the position you are applying for well, as they will ask very particular and detailed questions on each of the bullet points.
