Interview
Very relaxed call with an incredibly friendly HR employee in the first instance.
A second round of more intense 4 hour interviews with multiple members of the team that asked smart and challenging questions.
They will also ask at least one logic question.

They want you to imagine working in the role that you apply for and then ask questions how you would deal with the day to day and specific questions.
It was smooth and consistent. Clear on what they wanted and their preferences for the ideal candidate. Flexible with the schedule and had open and honest conversations. It was a good experience overall.

Interview
3 rounds of interview. One with the HR recruiter then 2 additional ones with managers. Overall the process was great, easy and simple. They were all done remotely and the questions asked were pertinent to the job.

The interview consisted of 4 steps: initial screening, first interview, second in office interview (which consisted of 2 interviews) and third interview. This process probably isn't the case anymore, as processes at Qubit change as soon as the manager changes which is extremely frequent.
