Very scattered interview process. I was asked to complete 4 phone interviews over a 4 week span which was a complete waste of time since I was then told afterwards that they had a pending offer for the position. In my opinion, this was unprofessional and lacking regard for the candidate experience. I would have appreciated honest feedback early on so that I could direct my energy towards finding other roles instead of preparing for each interview week after week.
A bit of advice. The candidate experience is the first step in creating a positive employee culture in which people feel appreciated and motivated to stay with a company. If negative feelings are generating outside on the streets and prospects are being treated in this way, how is the bad press effecting your current staff, their referrals, and retention rates.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qubit (London, England)
Interview
I had couple of calls and face-to-face interviews.
There was an unsettling disconnect on the content of the job among the people I spoke with.
Senior management was inspiring and on the ball, but the other interviewers were unclear, some disengaged and seemingly very inexperienced with interviewing (the lady started the interview by saying how busy she was and how little time she had for me; the other interviewer showed strong disagreement with the company's strategy, etc).
HR's involvement was inconsistent both process and content-wise as they seemed to only do CV sifting and a filter interview that is completely disconnected from the role.
