Final video interview with director Although I had a good experience during interviews, the debriefing process after the final interview was awful. A company that promises you feedback and that leaves you waiting for a video call and never shows up is not one you want to work for. I have never experienced this before with any other company. I urge the Talent team to improve their candidate feedback procedures and to not promise things they cannot deliver.
