After applying through their website, I had to do a quick phone screening interview with HR. After that I was interviewed by phone by a manager for ca 1hr. They told me they would get back to me in any case by the end of the week. Nothing happened and I sent a follow-up email, which was also unanswered. This is really unprofessional. Since I invested a lot of time preparing for the interview and had to carve out time from my usual workday, the least you would expect is a simple acknowledgement. If I’m not the right fit, that’s OK, but send me a simple line (as you promised). I am working in a field where I can make purchase decisions for the personalisation software. Qubit, don’t forget that your reputation is suffering by poor HR practices. Probably I dodged a bullet.
