I was contacted initially from a recruiter that found my cv from career builders. The recruiter called and asked the typical screening questions. After I past the initial screening, the recruiter scheduled a phone call interview with the director of the team. The phone call with the director went well, however I did notice the lack of interview question asked from the director. The phone interview seemed more of an informal conversation, so I made every effort to articulate information that I knew the director was looking for but had not asked. This strategy worked well and I was then scheduled for an in-person interview with the director and a colleague. The in-person interview took place at a restaurant.
