Applied directly through a contact. I was quickly contacted to schedule an "informal" chat. This was the first interview and it involved me discussing my education, background and the role. Shortly after I was contacted for a second interview with one of the Lead front end guys. This was a technical interview covering my knowledge and processes. The final stage was an in person interview with 3 different individuals from the company's various departments. It was a combination of technical knowledge, background, suitability for the role etc. All in all a quick and relatively pleasant experience.
