The HR Manager was really quick in answering to my application. However, thereafter everything was very chaotic. The first interview was interesting, but I had the feeling that the interviewer had no training/interview experience. He was jumping around and would not let me finish a sentence I started. The second interview was even more disorganised. I was asked nothing about my background, but still the interviewer kept on insisting that the role I interviewed for was the same as my previous role, which I had left - hence he doubts that I am a fit. He was very cocky and he would not even give me a chance to explain and I wondered why he would not want to know about my work experience. I have done many interviews in my career and I luckily have another offer now, but this was just a waste of my time.

Interviewer was a former IBD guy and threw in a market sizing question, which was relatively easy. Not sure if people who go to interview with a start up would expect this.
