This was a preliminary/screening interview with a recruiter. It was very basic because we went over my work history and education, the specific requirements of the job (like being able to travel often and living in one of the territories listed on the posting), what would happen during the training process if I were to be selected, and discussed the timeframe they’d like to hire someone. While on the phone call we scheduled a formal video conference interview for the following week and was informed that I would receive a confirmation email with a link. Despite me sending a follow up email a couple days later, I never received a confirmation email and there was no contact initiated on the agreed upon interview day. The recruiter ghosted me.
