Interview
I applied online and received a call back about 5 days later asking me to come into their corporate office for an interview. When I arrived I was greeted and asked to wait for a free computer so I can take a math test. Just to clear up ANY confusion about the math test: it is not quantum physics but it can be challenging if you are not very good at math or if you haven't used basic math skills in awhile. Don't take this step for granted the test does make you think (2.77 X 27)....can you do that in your head? Doubtful unless you are especially gifted with numbers. Brush us on division/long division, multiplication, adding large numbers, counting change and math related word problems and you will be fine.
After the test, assuming you get 100% you will be interviewed. The interview is straightforward and is all about getting to know you and your personality. It was friendly and not stressful at all. Talk about customer service as your number one priority. Give examples of specific times you went out of your way to help a customer. Also mention that you understand this job is gonna be long hours, on your feet and that you have no issue with that. If you do have an issue with that...this isn't the job for you.
After my interview I was told that a background check would be done and was asked if there is anything on my record. I do have things from 6yrs ago, nothing work related, but still...be honest and it WON'T count against you depending on the nature of the crime. I was also immediately given a form to go take a drug test (if you get this AT the interview, you are in if you pass).
I took the UA the next day and was called the next morning offering me the job. I started the next day.

Simple interview. Make sure you have scenarios that showcase your customer service skills as that is an important aspect of the job. Also dress for success even if you are applying for part time. Most of the teens that interviewed alongside me were not dressed professionally

Interview
Fast and straight to the point. You will walk in and be given a sheet of paper to fill out the rest of your application on the computers provided. You will be given some math problems but you’ll be able to use a calculator. After that they will have you fill out another form and proceed to be interviewed by one HR person before they let you know if you’re hired or not. If your schedule is fully open and you are flexible and don’t have too many restrictions, they will more than likely extend you an offer especially if you answer the questions right.
